Grey Iron Foundry belongs between the most modern foundries in Czech Republic. The main part of production is specialized in manufacture of Brake Blocks for railway waggons and locomotives, brake drums and weights for tractors. High quality of iron casts is achieved by powerful melting aggregate GHW, holding furnace JUNKER and perfect equipment of sand and metallurgical laboratory. The foundry is equipped also by the hand-producing working place for hand molding of castings, for production testing of exacting iron casts and individual small-lot orders.
Metal meltage for hand molding is prepared in two medium frequency induction melting furnaces.
