We are using the duplex system of melting to ensure high inside quality of the produced castings. Hot-blast cupola GHW - Germany without lining, with capacity of 8 - 12 tons of the molten metal per hour is the basic melting unit. The molten metal is transported to the electricity holding furnace JUNKER - Germany having capacity up to 53 tons of the molten metal. The temperature and chemical composition of the metal is homogenized there before the actual casting. The horizontal casting line BMD -Germany with the pulse box moulding into the frames 1 000 x 700 x 220/220 mms is the basic processing equipment. The capacity of this casting line verified by longterm operation is 520 - 550 frames per shift. The equipment is in permanent two-shifts operation with the regular continous preventive fettling and maintenance followed by the regular extensive revision and repairs (if necessary) every year.
The cleaning shop is equiped by two throughshot- blasting barrels produced by ŠKODA Ostrov - CZ , with the possibility of separate fettling or finishing on the belt blasting machine. The steel grits for blasting are used, followed by hand treatment and finishing, if necessary.
